The Equality Committee, in conjunction with the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs, is excited to tell you about the Confidence Code Conference 2025, which is taking place in the Guildhall on Thursday 22 May.

This event is aligned with the 2025 International Women’s Day theme of “Accelerate Action” and will provide practical insights and actionable strategies to master the art of confident leadership. Learn the skills behind negotiation, overcome the challenges of impostor syndrome, and develop the confidence essential for high-level leadership in today’s evolving business landscape.

Register here to hear from fantastic speakers on topics such as “Tackling Imposter Syndrome and Neurodiversity”, “Why Women are Better Negotiators” and a special report from the Gender Index.  The event keynote will be delivered by Dame Susan Langley, and the current Lady Mayoress, Florence King will be participating with other City business leaders in a panel discussion on the topic of developing confidence and moving to the next level.

The event ends with a buffet luncheon to allow attendees to build connections and create links, whilst we discuss next steps and how to maintain momentum.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to register now!
