The Entrepreneurship Panel is delighted to offer a presentation and discussion with Neil Massa, CEO at “Smarter not Harder”

As a business owner or leader of a company, we are all constantly wrestling with the tasks necessary to keep our business operating, growing and evolving and yet still have time for the other important things in life. Our guest speaker’s solution has been to work with great people and continually find smarter ways of maximising time and leveraging his network to enhance both business and personal life. We all know that building a strong network of contacts is valuable but, fitting this into everything else we need to prioritise is extremely challenging. For many of us, our network has evolved throughout our career and few of us have intentionally, managed, leveraged or invested proactively in our relationships.

Neil will offer some approaches and ideas for you to consider that will enable you to manage, strengthen and leverage your personal network, that will provide significant personal and business benefits.

There are 11 barriers that stop people from building a strong network and Neil will offer a selection of practical ideas to recognise and overcome them, along with introducing the “shift in mindset” necessary to make this an effortless & enjoyable habit.

Join us for this insightful discussion, connect with fellow entrepreneurs, and take the first steps towards leveraging, enhancing and intentionally driving your network

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss this broad ranging topic.

majority of his experience has been working with companies across the technology sector to drive revenue growth and employee productivity. In 2015 he completed the first project to help a client design, build and manage their ideal network of contacts and his passion for this subject has grown and evolved ever since.
