The Digital Health market is thriving due to the global drive to enhance patient outcomes and streamline health systems with technology.

The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists Medicines & Health Panel, jointly with the Entrepreneurship Panel is holding its annual update and discussion on the current state of M&A and financing activity in the digital health space. The panel will include insights on how the current economic environment and geopolitical issues are impacting valuations and what areas of digital health are seeing the most activity.

One of our esteemed Liverymen, Jonathan Ishee, JD, MPH, MS, LLM, CIPP/US, a partner at Goodwin—an Am Law 16 firm with offices across the US, EU, UK, and Asia—will be joined by his colleague Geoffrey Starr to share their insights on the trends, issues, and overall state of the global market.

Building on the success of last year’s event, which offered valuable insights into the mergers and acquisitions of 2023 at the WCIT Livery Hall, eager participants discovered how the Health Sector has become one of the largest and fastest-growing investment areas, especially in Digital Health (DH). DH encompasses a wide range of innovations, from wearables like the iWatch to comprehensive care solutions, including medication management and mental health services. We are excited to explore equally fascinating developments in this year’s update.

This event is being held at the Goodwin Procter Offices at Sancroft, 10-15 Newgate St, London EC1A 7AZ, will commence at 6pm followed by drinks and networking.

THE DISCUSSION

The evening will begin with a presentation from Jonathan and Geoff highlighting the key issues, trends in the market and how their experience can offer some direction and insights into the Digital Health Tech market.

The program will allow you the opportunity to take part in the open forum throughout the presentation and consider how this critical market is evolving and has moved on since the previous discussion.
