The Master’s Installation Service and Dinner *bookings now closed*

We invite all members, their families and friends to join us for the Master’s Installation Service in St Bartholomew the Great, where we will celebrate the installation of Rob Wirszycz as our Master for 2022-23.  This will be preceded by the clothing of our new Liverymen.

This year’s Installation Dinner will take place in the newly refurbished Stationers’ Hall. In 1606, the Stationers purchased Abergavenny House on the site of the present Hall.  During the early days of September 1666, the Great Fire destroyed the major part of the City of London and Abergavenny House was burned to the ground. Work on the present Hall began in 1670 and by 1673 it was ready for use.  Additions took place at the end of the 18th century, including the magnificent stained-glass windows in the Livery Hall.


Guest Speaker – Tom Ilube CBE

Liveryman Tom Ilube CBE is Chair of the Rugby Football Union (RFU), CEO of Crossword Cybersecurity plc and a Non-Executive Director of the FTSE100 company WPP plc, the world’s largest advertising group.

Previously he was on the Board of the BBC and was CIO of the pioneering bank, Egg plc. Tom was the Founding Chair of Hammersmith Academy, set up by WCIT and the Mercers’ Company in 2011….read more
